I had to take my car in recently for some unexpected issues, and I can't rave enough about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I had a strange noise coming from my engine that had me worried. They took the time to explain each step of the diagnostic process and even showed me the worn-out parts. It felt great to be included in the conversation! The repair was done faster than I expected, and the pricing was fair, especially given the quality of service. They even gave my car a complimentary wash, which was a lovely touch. I also appreciate that they use quality parts and don’t push unnecessary services on you. My only slight critique would be that it would be nice if they had a waiting area with coffee, especially for those of us who have to wait for repairs.
